Conektr offers two types of deliveries for customer convenience:
Express Delivery: Get your order delivered within 60 minutes, subject to store availability and operational hours.
Scheduled Delivery: Choose a preferred 2-hour delivery time slot during checkout. Your order will be delivered within the selected window.
Delivery availability depends on your location and the store's working hours. All delivery timelines are visible at the time of placing the order in the app.
Conektr partners with the store’s designated delivery personnel or logistics providers to ensure timely and safe delivery. The delivery process is managed by the store, and any specific requests or updates should be directed through the app.
The store remains responsible for the sale, quality, packaging, and delivery of the goods.
Returns/replacements will be handled as per the store’s return policy and must be initiated via the Conektr app.

Returns are subject to store approval and must be initiated through the “My Orders” section in the app.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Perishable or opened items are not eligible for return, unless defective or wrongly delivered.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method or credited to your wallet, based on store policy.
Conektr will never ask for your CVV, PIN, bank account number, or any confidential banking information.
Please do not share such details over phone, SMS, email, or chat—even if the request seems to come from customer support.
