Return Guidelines:

  • Customers must check and confirm their items upon delivery.
  • Unsatisfactory items can be returned by generating a sales return via our mobile app or website.
  • Items must be returned within 48 hours of delivery. We cannot accept returns beyond this period due to potential safety concerns.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases:
    • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
    • Returns initiated after 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once a return is acknowledged by our rider/driver, the refund process will be immediately initiated through the Conektr mobile app or website.
  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be credited to your Conektr account (non-transferable) for future purchases or refunded to your original payment method, subject to the issuing financial institution’s credit return policy.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you have not received your refund:
    1. Check your bank account records.
    2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.
    3. Contact your bank; there is often a processing period before refunds are reflected.
    4. If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at [email protected]

Incorrect Pricing Disclaimer:

  • If a product price is incorrectly displayed due to system errors (e.g., computer virus, manual or technical mistake), the order for that product will be canceled, and customers will be informed.
  • Customers can choose to reorder at the correct price.
  • If a refund for a bank transfer payment is required, it will take a minimum of 10 working days upon approval.
  • In cases where the payment cannot be processed, Conektr will contact the customer for rectification. If not resolved within the given timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

Order Cancellation (If Applicable)

  • Orders placed on Conektr can be canceled via the Al Maya mobile app or website.
  • You may also contact us at +971565911918 for assistance.
  • Requests received outside business hours will be addressed the following day.

Disclaimer

Conektr reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Fraudulent Transactions: Orders made using fraudulent payment methods or false details.
  • Incorrect Image Representation: Product images are for illustration purposes only, and any discrepancies may result in order cancellation.
  • Incorrect Pricing: If bulk pricing updates or listing errors occur.
  • Information Discrepancies: Due to regional differences, certain product features may vary, leading to order cancellations if misrepresented.
